Karachi: According to a report submitted by Sindh Police in Supreme Court of Pakistan, police has arrested around 208 target killers and 238 extortionists belonging to political parties and banned outfits from the city. The report was submitted to apex court during a hearing on the Karachi violence suo motu case.
The reports stats that among the 208 target killers 81 are from MQM, 38 target killers of Sunni Tehreek, 27 of Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), 17 of Lyari gang war groups, 13 ANP, 6 from Peoples’ Aman Committee and 9 are from Tehreek-e-Insaaf. However still the target killing in the metropolitan city is going and law enforcement agencies have failed to main law and order in the city.
Many supporters of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf are shocked after this report and have stated that Imran Khan should take notice of this and should also give his/party stance on this report.
